Empty Chairs is my story about how I lost my mother when I was a child. In my search to find her decades later, I ended up finding myself.
It Happened One Flight is a short story about some humorous things that happened during my years as a Flight Attendant. It also includes a heartfelt memory about finding a desperately needed angel in the unlikeliest of places.
A Mother’s Hands is a tribute to my mother-in-law. I was inspired to write the piece after her death. Amid the boxes of her belongings, I thought about the meaning of the things we leave behind.
